FLAT ROOFING

Many felt roof systems are available ranging from a 10 year guarantee up to a 20 year. All roofs are three layers and every roof where possible is stripped down to the decking and any rot replaced using Plywood or 18mm OSB 3 Boards. New products are coming out all the time and some High Performance felt systems can be guaranteed for 15-20 years. For a felt roof to suit you and your budget, do not hesitate to contact me.

FIBRE GLASS FLAT ROOFING

Fibre Glass Flat roofs are an excellent alternative to felt and can last a lifetime.

Every roof is stripped and re-boarded prior to fibre glassing.

The system is a GRP laminate, which is a cold applied polyester resin, laid with chopped strand matting, and a top gel coat, which is a pigmented polyester topcoat to any colour. (light Grey is advised). It is UV stable and has no seams or joins, and is a smooth hard wearing finish, suitable for all applications, such as balconies, roofs, valleys and gutters.

Some systems come with a 20 year insurance backed guarantee from the manufacturer.  

PITCHED ROOFING

All types of pitched roof work are carried out, from one tile to a whole new roof. Re-roofs and new buildings are a speciality, as are work on listed buildings and insurance work.

Rooflights can be fitted and supplied, and also chimney cowls and pots.
